This spacious and modernly furnished house is surrounded by a large garden where you can always sit outside regardless of the weather, thanks to the large canopy. This lovely holiday home is located just outside Renesse, on the quiet side of the beach, but with the lively village and the dunes within easy reach. From the house, there is even a view of the dunes. The house is located in a small-scale park with other holiday homes, and therefore has a perfect balance between privacy and conviviality. Accommodation
In this holiday home, you step directly into the bright living space, consisting of the kitchen, living room, and dining area. In the living room, the cozy seating area, with two comfortable sofas, invites you to have cozy drinks evenings or a movie night with the whole family. From the sofa, you look directly into the garden through the large windows.

The open kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, is located between the living room and one of the bedrooms. Whether you want to prepare a quick snack or an elaborate dinner for six people, everything is within reach: from the hob to the dishwasher, fridge, and from toaster to Senseo and a kettle. And the inviting round dining table, with seating for 6 people and an unobstructed view of the garden, provides a cozy setting during every meal.

Behind the kitchen, you come to the first bedroom on the ground floor via a small hallway. This room, with a comfortable double bed (140x200cm, also called a French bed), bedside tables, and wardrobe, offers direct access to an adjoining bathroom with shower and sink. On the upper floor, you have a beautiful view of the dunes, here you will find two more bedrooms accessible via the stairs in the living room, each with their own character. One bedroom, with a cozy seating area on the covered balcony and facing south, has a double bed (180x200cm). The other room, perfect for children, has two separate beds. Both rooms are, like downstairs, equipped with bedside tables and wardrobes.

The bathroom on the upper floor, complete with shower, second toilet, and sink ensures that you can start or end the day fresh or relaxed.

The garden, with a generous area of 347m2, embraces the house and offers sun or shade at any time of the day.
Whether you want to relax on the terrace, sheltered under the canopy, or prefer to lie on one of the two sunbeds in the sun, it's all possible. And on the garden set for six people, you can enjoy eating or having drinks in the open air.

Are you bringing your bikes or renting them nearby? Then they can be safely stored in the covered storage. And with two parking spaces on the driveway in front of the door, there is always room for the car(s).

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this house. For children up to and including 2 years, there is a foldable camping bed (60x120cm) and a high chair available.

Surrounding Area
Renesse is known to many as the party spot for young people. But Renesse has much more to offer than just that. The beach of Renesse is a real attraction and not without reason. With its vast sandy plains and clean swimming water, it provides the perfect basis for a day of relaxation or just a sporty moment in your holiday. So whether you want to sunbathe, swim, surf, or kite surf, it's all possible here. Just a stone's throw from the beach, you will find the Vroongronden, a unique nature area that invites you to explore by bike or on foot. With the diversity of flora and fauna and the chance to spot a seal on the sandbanks, this area is definitely worth a visit. In Renesse, you will also find "Slot Moermond", an imposing castle with a rich history that dates back to the 13th century. The castle is surrounded by a beautiful estate: “Landgoed Moermond", which is freely accessible for a walk. Fancy a bite to eat? Renesse also has a lot to offer in terms of culinary delights.
